CARRY-IN Service - CPU has a centrally-located Service Center. We offer carry-in service for all your computer repair service needs. A comprehensive diagnostic evaluation will be completed and a work order will be opened. A fully accredited Service Technician will then provide you with options to repair your equipment. The diagnostic and repair will be performed in the order in which it was received.

  • Carry-in service is available to businesses and the general public.

  • Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m CST/CDT.

ONSITE Service - CPU will report to your business/home location.  A member of our Technical Services staff will then evaluate the problem and provide you with the best solution. Repairs will begin immediately after you have determined your course of action.

  • Onsite service is available to serve any business/home location.

  • Work orders may be opened and service technicians dispatched during normal business hours.

  • The hourly service rate will apply from the time the service technician leaves and returns to Computer Professionals Unlimited.

All hardware repair completion times are dependent upon parts availability and Warranty Repair.
